Back Again

I know I haven't blogged in a while but don't think I have forgotten about you! I need a new computer :( so hopefully for fall I will be purchasing a new one of those. My summer has been so hectic with working that I am excited for school to start later this month. Speaking of back to school FALL FASHION should be on the racks now! I'm so excited I cant wait to hit the stores and see what some fall trends will be. Look for my next post on fall necessities!

This past weekend my cousin/sister had her 29th birthday celebration and needless to say I had a BALL! I made her a cake and some chocolate covered strawberries. We all went out to a club in the city and made some great memories. I cant wait till my birthday this year I might go to Vegas.

Trend Alert: Palazzo Pants

I have a trend alert to tell you about that I am so excited for! I am in love with with a trend which should be making its way here soon. PALAZZO PANTS/TROUSERS!! Fashion is of course always repeating itself and this trend is no different. We are going to the 70's! (one of my favorite eras by the way) Palazzo pants are a wide leg trouser normally high waisted. Fashion went from a skinny trouser to this huge one. These pants look great paired with a 70's style platform. You can wear a flowy top or one that is more fitted. If you really want to be edgy try on some socks with your platform sandals!

Summer

The Lake

This week I decided I needed a break from the working world and my social life so I decided to go to the lake. Not only is the lake very calming and serene it was so BEAUTIFUL! I wish my whole summer could be spent out there soaking up the sun and enjoying the weather. Unfortunately I have to work :(

Call me cliche but I am in love with chiffon. The look the feel the way the fabric drapes! It is definately something to be on the look out for. I have found some very chic chiffon items that I will be adding to my closet.
